If anyone is interested in being part of the ladies team for the GRFC and Hillfoots touch tournament, please let me know ASAP so we can get organised. If anyone has any ideas for a theme then add that onto the email too, open to any suggestions!!

Boys - The girls team is looking for one boy to join our team so if you are interested please can you contact me ASAP, thank you.

Girls if anyone is interested in doing the City of Stirling 10K then log onto www.centralathletics.co.uk and enter, i will be handing out sponsor sheets next week for those who fancy it, it was a fab fundraiser for the girls funds last year, i expect a good handful of you to try it. It's on Sun 14th Sept. Good way to add to your fitness before the start of the season!!

For those who don't know where the gym is located, maps are available behind the bar.

We recently added some new kit, which hopefully will be useful.

Most Monday nights and Wednesday's you'll find guys down who will give advice and assistance on the use of the kit.

Well done to all who attended training last night, a good effort by all.

Good to see some of last years U18 team at training as well as the women's team.

A total of 26 senior men players were in attendance which is encouragi ng with so many regulars on holiday.

Thanks again and see you all Thurs for some stretching before training lol.
