Good to see who got MoM today. Adam called, led and executed a defensive lineout late doors today that had coach Johnno visibly purring alongside a few aficionadoes on the sidelines who appreciate seeing 'the dark arts' now and again.

A pretty raw day for rugby but 9 tries and another clean sheet is not to be sniffed at. Can't understand why Mackie are propping up the league table though. They have some decent players and gave Orkney a very physical challenge for the whole 80 minutes.
One suspects that the 'hard yards' are about to begin in this league. Let's get a massive support down to Invergordon next week to make sure that the momentum continues.

At the quiz on Wednesday night we had 6 teams and raised £80 towards the Golden Oldies tournament, many thanks to all who made sandwiches and donated raffles. The winners were Kevin and Debbie Sutherland and their kids.
Lets hope we have a better turnout at the race night a week tonight!!!!
