The next game was between the two unbeaten sides, Kirkwall A scored fairly soon after the kick off and from then play moved from end to end but neither side managed to penetrate the others solid defence, leaving the final score 1-0 to Kirkwall A.  Kirkwall B  against Dounby B was yet another 5-0 scoreline.  Dounby A against St Andrew’s saw the home side lose 5 tries to nil.  In the last game of the day Dounby B broke through the Kirkwall A defence and ruined their clean sheet, however Kirkwall did win the game 5-1.

Thanks go to Iain Carse and Fraser McNaughton for their refereeing which made the games flow so well and helped the players produce such high class Mini Rugby.  Also thanks to all those who provided the sandwiches and the much needed soup on such a cold day.
