Last week the U13/14, U16 & U18 boys were presented with new rugby training jackets with money fundraised and donated over the summer. On the 13th and 14th July Orkney Riding Club held their Open Show and WH at Swartland Farm. Sharon Wylie and the Rugby Mums organised and ran the kitchen for the event where they raised £805 for the supply of touchline Sub jackets and kit bags to the U18 and U16 sections. The club would like to say a huge thanks to all of the folk that helped over the weekend at Swartland: In the Kitchen - Anna Davidson, Isla Dougall, Norna Sinclair, Sandra Doyle Baking - Carol Moncrief, Ellie Newlands, Isla Dougal, Leona Sinclair, Teresa Sinclair, Kim Hamilton, Sandra Doyle, Sandra or James Braddock, Finlay or Mum Dantith, Sharon Wylie. Special Thanks to Rendalls Bakery Ltd for donating the rolls, E Flett Butcher Ltd for donating sausages, Alison Meason for donating £25 of her £50 winnings from the lucky square, and to Steven Wylie for setting up and donating the electrical supply.
