Club Members can use this form to book a marquee tent for private events.
There are two sizes available - 4x4m & 8x4m. Please specify which size(s) you require in the "Additional requirements" box.

Booking Conditions of Hire of Marquee Tents
1. All persons Hiring the Marquee’s are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings must be made through the Club Treasurer Brian Lanni.
3. A responsible person over the age of 25 years must be in charge for the duration of the hire.
4. A Hire Fee of £25.00 for the 4m x 4m marquee or £50.00 for the 4m x 8m marquee must be paid at the time of booking. (Pricing valid for a typical 4-day hire) Please indicate in the “Additional requirements” box the size(s) of marquee required. Should the fee not be received and another party wishes to hire the marquee on that date the Committee reserves the right to give the booking to the other party.

5. Setting up and dismantling times for the marquee hire must be made at the time of the booking. The persons hiring the marquee must collect and return at the specified time.
6. You are expected to report to the Club Treasurer any damage found. If any accidental damage is caused you must replace or pay for the replacement of the damaged item.
7. The hirer is liable for any damage caused to a third party.
8. The hirer and persons using the marquee will do so at their own risk.
