​It’s that time of year again, as Orkney RFC begin the ever-increasingly difficult task in balancing the books against the monstrous travel costs of operating all sections of the Club including the First XV , Ladies and Junior rugby.
 
First on the Agenda , as always, is the County Show stall. What can you do to help , we hear you ask??? Well…….
 

​Bottles – Huge amount of varied bottles and cans are required for the stall and any donations would be very gratefully received. Where bottles of liquor are great, and much needed, multi-packs of baked beans, kiddies drinks etc are equally required. Bottles can be left with Stoff at Scottish Fuels depot, formerly Robertsons, on Shore Street; with Garry at The Pitstop garage at Hatston or at the Club whilst training is on. We’ll also be open Saturday 4th August in the morning so bottles can be left in the front changing room as usual.
 
Stall volunteers – Can you spare a few hours on Show day to work on the stall, all welcome players/ former players/ social members/ players parents etc etc etc, ‘ Many hands make fur light work , ya ken’.
