Stuck for a Christmas Present? - Grab a copy of the Anniversary Book!

With Christmas approaching, now’s your chance to grab a copy the 50th Anniversary Book as a wee present.

There are only a few books left, so if you know someone who would like one as a Christmas, Birthday or Anniversary gift you can get one from The Orcadian Bookshop or from Ian Carse, who can arrange for it to be signed if you like.

Each book covers the full history of the club as well as all the match facts and statistics throughout its history, and there is an abundance of photos of all the Club’s teams from its inception until the end of last season.

A book only costs £25 and each purchase makes a good contribution to the Club’s funds.

On Sunday 5th December a squad of 15 still depleted by injuries and illness headed for Inverness to once again take on Highland with a player making his debut for the team, Dylan Price.

On a bright day the format was again for Orkney to play the Greens and Whites then perhaps, time permitting a shorter game against a combined side.

Fingers crossed for some better weather this weekend as the 1st XV host Blairgowrie at Picky with a 12:30 kick-off,
Also on Saturday the Dragons are travelling to play Peterhead Ladies with an estimated K.O. of 11:30.

And on Sunday 5th, weather permitting, the U14s & U16s are off across the Firth to play Highland around 1-1:30pm, leaving on the first boat from the Hope and returning on the last boat from Gills.

Finally, a reminder that tonight, We’d 1st Dec there will be an EGM at the clubhouse from 7:30pm
