…Read the full story at GH Media Turriff kicked off, and despite a strong defensive effort from Orkney—with early tackles from Sandra Davey, Nikita Scollie, and Cailynn Williamson, plus turnover ball won by Nikita and Angie Shearer—it was Turriff’s No. 8 Emma Riach who crossed the line first. Isla Jack added the conversion to give the home side an early lead.
With both teams chasing a league title opportunity, the stage was set for a fiercely competitive afternoon.
The front row featured Cady Denoon stepping in at prop, flanked by the experienced Sandra Davey at tighthead and Skye Taylor making a strong return at hooker. The trio provided a powerful platform early on, with Cady and Sandra’s aggressive carries and Skye’s dynamic runs putting pressure on the opposition from the outset.
Also can everyone selling tickets please return them asap, preferably sold, but if you are struggling to sell them, get them returned so that others can sell/buy them.
