50th Anniversary Dinner deadline for ticket payment

For those of you who have booked tables or individual tickets for the rugby club celebration dinner/dance on Saturday 20 August, and who haven’t as yet had a chance to pay for them, could you please note that the closing date for paying for your table or tickets is 8th July 2016.
 
Sponsors will receive an invoice which will allow them to pay by BACS or by cheque to ORFC and all sponsors will receive a receipt once the payment has been received. Some receipts have already been issued and others are going out in the next fortnight.

Individuals should pay Ian or Kathleen Carse by cheque to Orkney RFC or by cash. Their address is Viewcliffe, Cromwell Road, Kirkwall, KW15 1LH and they are happy for you to drop the payment into their letter box along with a note to say who it is from. If you want to hand over your payment in person for security then call them on 878339 and find out when they will be in to accept payment.

After contacting people about who would be at the tables booked earlier in the year by named people or companies ORFC have been able to identify duplicate entries and created more space because folk have been prepared to take players of the visiting Penguins team at their table.
 
That has enabled ORFC to allocate tickets to the people who were on the original waiting list. If you were on the waiting list you should have been contacted by a club member to let you know that you now have been allocated tickets but if you are in any doubt call Ian or Kathleen Carse on 878339 or 07415 680706 and they will be able to clarify the position for you.
 
Once the closing date of 8th July for paying for tickets has passed ORFC will make an announcement on this site and through Facebook and Twitter letting people know if any dinner/dance tickets (£35 per ticket) remain available for sale.
 
We are continually trying to find space for new enquirers but please note that we may not be able to accommodate everyone due to the unprecedented demand for this event.
 
However please remember that we are also selling dance only tickets at £15 a ticket which can be purchased by contacting Ian or Kathleen Carse or any committee member.
