Orkney steamed into a 21 point lead inside the first ten minutes with three tries from Rhys Davies all converted by Connor Hancock. Orkney dominated the half showing some very good handling and gave Caithness very few chances to counter attack with strong tackling in defence.
To save the game becoming to one sided Glen Brough and Rhys Davies donned Caithness shirts for the second half. Within five minutes the change bore fruit with Glen Brough scoring a unconverted try.
The remainder of the half allowed both teams to play some entertaining Rugby with Ryan Mooney scoring twice and Caithness replying with a further three tries.
It was a successful day for the team and the younger under 15 element in the side are learning and making a very important contribution
